“Christina's talk on “How to prevent burnout when working remotely” was very inspiring and gave us many new approaches on how to integrate more conscious and mindful ways of working in our remote daily life and thus function more efficiently in our teams.”

- Payam Imani, Business Strategist, EOS

"Christina delivered an excellent workshop for our magazine publishing community on how to prevent burnout. The event was well-attended and raised so many interesting issues that many of the attendees said they hadn’t considered before – either for themselves or their employees. The signs of burnout were particularly interesting, and many said the ways to combat these that Christina presented were useful and that they would make them part of their daily routine. Thank you, Christina, for your help!"

Nikki Simpson, Director, International Magazine Centre

“Christina provided a fantastic and bespoke workshop for undergraduate students, focused on addressing management of academic stress and workload. Her ability to connect with the students on key issues and coach them as a collective was absolutely fantastic. For anyone looking for support and coaching with stress and burnout prevention, I couldn’t recommend Christina highly enough.”
– William Hughes, Programme Leader and Lecturer, Hadlow College

"Christina guided me in establishing new career goals as well as helping me nurture a new self-recognition of my own professional worth and skillset. Aided by a series of role-play exercises, I felt confident – after many years – (successfully) negotiating a nearly 30 per cent pay raise.” – Freya Ballard, Marketing Professional
